Terms of Service & Service Level Commitments

1. Subscription Plans & Month-to-Month Cancellation

All 71Media service tiers (Foundation, Growth, AI Implementation, Scale, and Enterprise) are provided as recurring monthly service subscriptions. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your active subscription at any time by providing a standard 30-day written notice via email to info@71media.online.

2. The 7-Day Web Launch Guarantee

For services including website design and hosting infrastructure:

• 71Media guarantees that your initial 5-page custom responsive website, fast cloud hosting, SSL security certificates, and core lead capture forms will be built, tested, and live within 7 calendar days following the receipt of required onboarding assets (domain DNS access, business logo, and service specifications).
• Multi-channel ad campaigns (Google/Meta), custom CRM integrations, and bespoke voice AI knowledge base training follow immediately upon website deployment in a turnkey onboarding schedule.

3. 100% Client Asset Ownership

You maintain direct, unencumbered legal and operational ownership of:

• All advertising accounts (Google Search, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and historical pixel data.
• Your customer relationship management (CRM) database, contact lists, and transaction histories.
• Your custom website domain name, brand assets, and Next.js website code.

In the event of subscription cancellation, you retain full access to all accounts and exportable data with zero transfer penalties.

4. Advertising Budgets & Direct Billing

Advertising media spend is paid directly by the client to third-party ad networks (Google, Meta, etc.) via the client's own linked payment method. 71Media service fees cover campaign strategy, creative development, technical tracking, negative keyword filtering, and weekly optimization.

5. AI Telephony & Communications Compliance

When utilizing 24/7 AI voice receptionists and SMS auto-responders:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate operational guidelines, pricing limits, and qualification criteria.
• Clients agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations (including TCPA and local call recording disclosure statutes in two-party consent jurisdictions).
• AI receptionists are designed for operational triage and appointment scheduling, and are not a substitute for emergency 911 dispatch services.

6. Limitation of Liability & Support SLAs

71Media provides enterprise-grade infrastructure and continuous monitoring. While our systems are engineered for high availability and conversion, marketing outcomes depend on market factors, local competition, and client service delivery. We do not guarantee specific gross revenue or customer volume numbers unless explicitly stated in a bespoke enterprise agreement.
